Have we mentioned how much we LOVE the blogosphere and its little sister, Pinterest?  Where would our sweet tooth (not to mention our crock pot, linen closet, wardrobe and hair bow organization) be without them? Teeny bits of all the usual ingredients, 60 seconds in the microwave, and all kinds of yummy goodness for mom! We tried this recipe ourselves, and, well…it’s a KEEPER!

Salted caramel is arguably one of the greatest inventions of the modern world, right? YUM! So we couldn’t resist pinning this recipe from NomNomBlingBling…a chocolate salted caramel mug cake (pictured at the top of the post) for one that takes five minutes from start to finish! You’ll have most of the ingredients in your pantry already! (Note to self: pick up caramels at the grocery store STAT!) You can go from hungry to heaven in five minutes and feel like a microwave gourmet. We can’t wait to try this one out!
